No. Just no. The book starts with a beautiful color photo of food on the cover but, on the inside, the photos are poor quality black n white photos. The recipes are ok but the point calculations are impossible to believe because there are no serving sizes mentioned! One recipe was listed as 4 points but when I recreated it in the WW app, it came out to 48 points. It must be a serving for 10, but who would know. I can't forget to mention the typos and grammatical errors in this book. Although the author's name is Michael Smith, I get the sense that English isn't his first language. Don't waste your money.
The formulas don't show up work escalated and the fixings are effortlessly found in any supermarket. Also, it has proposals for substitutions inside a large number of the formulas and the quantity of focuses that involves. All the recipes are described perfectly with as much detail as needed to have some delicious meal at any moment of the day. Very much appreciated and recommended.
We have found a ton of good recipes in this book. So many different varieties of food, and because it is Weigh Watchers, it definitely is healthy. There is even a dessert section for all of those sweet tooth people out there.
This book is okay. I expected some more interesting recipes. As of now, I did not find any recipe that I care to make (and I love cooking.) Personally, I have just filed this book away.
